  • We are a SHOE-FREE facility, you will be automatically charged a cleaning fee of $250 if your guests do not follow this rule. Absolutely no shoes in the facility, this applies to EVERYONE!
  • Waivers & grip socks are REQUIRED for EVERYONE entering the facility. 
  • Up to 30 children included, $20 for each add'l child 
  • Up to 30 adults included, $5.99 for each add'l adult 
  • Outside food/drink is allowed for add'l charge of $60 [PLUS TAX]. Popcorn & ice cream, alcoholic breverage of any kind are NOT permitted in the facility.
  • We provide 5 large pizzas to feed 30 kids; Pizza options; Cheese or pepperoni

  • If you need more than 2/3 hours, you will have to book 2 separate birthdays 
  • Outside decoration is allowed HOWEVER, set-up and cleaning MUST be within party time, YOU WILL BE CHARGED if otherwise. (We do NOT set up your personal decor, this is your responsibility)
  • Pinatas and Confetti are NOT permitted in the facility.
  • Ice cream and popcorn are NOT allowed in the facility, NO EXCEPTIONS
  • We do NOT customize balloon garlands, we make garlands based on the selected theme. You are welcome to bring your own balloons but not required.  Should you choose to bring your own balloons, we accept 12inc balloons (2 packs of 72 counts per pack) 
  • We provide the backdrop of the theme based on the booking details provided during booking however, if you want a specific backdrop or customized backdrop, you will have to provide it. We recommend dropping off at least 4 days prior to your party.
  • Themes such as Gracie's corner that do NOT sell merchandise on Amazon, you are expected to provide your own backdrop. We recommend a 7×5 measurement. 
  • You are welcome to bring in additional decorations however, we do not provide set up time. You must decorate any additional decorations during your party time. 
  • We can decorate additional decorations for an extra charge starting at $60 depending on the decorations. 
  • Reschedule request must be done via email with name and number on the current booking (kidzden3@gmail.com) at least 2 weeks to party date. Keep in mind reschedule is based on availability. Reschedule requests less than 2 weeks of party date will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee

BIRTHDAY POLICY

Dear Valued Customer,    


Thank you for considering Kidzden for your little one's celebration. We look forward to hosting you and your guests and hope that a memorable time is had by all. Please remind your guests to bring SOCKS. We also encourage you to let them know that a waiver MUST be completed in order for the kids to play. To expedite their check-in process, they can complete the waiver online prior to their visit at: https://kidzden.us/waiver-form


If Booking A Birthday Party:   As a reminder, your DEPOSIT/FULL PAYMENT is non-refundable but can always be rescheduled. Also, NO crockpots or foods requiring open flames are permitted. A party coordinator will contact you within 7 days of your event to confirm your package, color selections and discuss any food that you may want to add to your order. Party packages CANNOT be downgraded regardless of how many children attend the party.  The Birthday theme can ONLY be changed a week before your party.


If Booking A field trip:  A coordinator will contact you to confirm your booking and we will need a waiver filled out for the kids to come and play,  this can be done by the Parents or the school.  Please remember that all Kids must wear socks at all times.
