All Party Balances will be Paid in ZELLE or CASH on the day of your event
Parties are for 2 hours. First 1 hour is Playtime with no room access, next 40mins is for celebration inside the Party Room then exit to play area for 20mins play / unlimited. Everyone MUST exit the room after 40mins to avoid $150 delay fee charge. However, you can go back to playing if we are NOT at Capacity. Confirm with staff onsite if you plan to continue playtime. Late Night OR Parties starting from 7pm must be in Royal Room or Private party .
2 hours none-Private Parties.

At the end of your 2 hours party, everyone must exit the facility. However, you can continue playing if we are NOT at Capacity. Confirm with staff onsite if you plan to continue playtime.
***You will not get access to the room until celebration time and no one is allowed in the room until then. All parties are fully decorated by us, so we do not provide set up time***
- We are a SHOE-FREE facility, every one is expected to take off their shoes before entering in to the play area.
- Waivers & grip socks are REQUIRED for EVERYONE entering the facility. As a HOST, you are responsible to complete a waiver for your self for and encourage your guest do the same, failure to comply is at your own RISK, Kidzden is not RESPONSIBLE for uncompleted waiver forms.
- There is a $20 for each add'l child & $5.99 for each add'l adult if you go beyond the party package count you booked for.
- Outside food/drink is allowed for add'l charge of $100 [PLUS TAX]. Popcorn & Ice cream, Alcoholic beverage of any kind are NOT permitted in the facility.
- We provide Pizzas for all parties, Pizza options are, Cheese or pepperoni. We do not cater to adults so if you need more pizza to feed adults, you can order extra pizza for $21 per box OR bring Pre-Packed outside food for $100 charge.
- Once your party finishes/exits the party room, any person that comes in have to pay regular admission fee.
- Extra pizza, 1 large pepperoni or cheese $21 each box.
- We Provide juice pouches for each child.
- We provide Complimentary plates, utensils, tablecloths, napkins & theme photo backdrop
- You are not authorized to bring a cake if you do not have a birthday reservation with kidzden, else you will be charged $500
- Late Parties OR Parties starting from 7pm must be Private Parties. Parties starting from 6pm must be in Royal room on weekdays, any other room booked will be cancelled .
- We do NOT offer custom/theme plates and napkins. However, there will be solid color plates that matches the theme of your party.
- Room upgrades can be done base on availability with 2weeks notice, Only Atlantis and Mini Room can be Upgraded to Royal Room.
- BRING A CAKE, IT'S A PARTY! Don't forget birthday candles and any utensils you may need for your cake.
- If you need more than 2 hours, you will have to book 2 separate birthdays using 1 hour intervals.
- Outside decoration is NOT allowed except you have a private party. Pinatas and Confetti are NOT permitted in the facility.
- Ice cream and popcorn are NOT allowed in the facility, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- We do NOT customize balloon garlands; we make garlands based on the selected theme.
- There's a $50 charge for specific Balloons colors. Garlands are made based on the theme/backdrop. We select 3 colors from the backdrop to make the Garland.
- We provide the backdrop of the theme based on the booking details provided during booking however, if you want a specific backdrop or customized backdrop, you will have to provide it. We recommend dropping off at least 2 to 3 days prior to your party.
- If you Fail to provide a party theme name when booking, we will use paw patrol OR Cocomelon theme.
- If you Fail to provide your pizza preference when booking, we will provide half and half peperoni and cheese base on your room size.
- Themes such as Doggyland that do NOT sell merchandise on Amazon, you are expected to provide your own backdrop. We recommend a 7×5 or 3x5 measurements.
- If you plan on bringing additional decor, you must book a private party. We are NOT responsible for setting up your additional decorations.
- Reschedule request must be done via email with name and number on the current booking (kidzden3@gmail.com) at least 2 weeks to party date. Keep in mind reschedule is based on availability. Reschedule requests less than 2 weeks of party date will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.
- There will be other guests in the facility during your party time unless you book Private party. However, you will get a decorated private party room for the duration of your 40mins celebration time.
- Private Party setup : If you plan on bringing an event planner to setup your party, we will coordinator with them to provide additional setup time, 1hour $200 on weekdays and $400 on weekends base on availability.
- ONCE BOOKED, PARTY PACKAGE CAN'T BE ADJUSTED (Room upgrades can be done base on availability with 2weeks notice.)
- BRING YOUR SOCKS & SIGN WAIVER FORMS AHEAD OF TIME.
- ***BALANCE IS DUE ON THE DAY OF YOUR PARTY IN CASH / ZELLE ONLY.
We are a Kids indoor facility; the use of profanity/swearing/cussing/bad language is NOT permitted. You will be banned from the facility if this rule is not followed.
If you are hosting a Party, it is your responsibility to communicate expectations to your guests. If a guest breaks this rule, your party will be discontinued immediately without a refund.
