Waiver are REQUIRED for EVERYONE Prior to Entry!

Complete the waiver on our website under "Sign Waiver" tab. Fill form with guardian's names and add the participants (the children). Follow the steps online. It is your responsibility to complete the waiver form and by entering our facility, you take full responsibilities of our facility rules. Grip socks are highly recommended, personal socks are allowed however, entering the facility without grip socks you assume full responsibility of any damages, kidzden is not responsible for lost items.

Be social, make friends and play loud! No rough play or fighting allowed Parents and children who do not respect the rules of the facility will be immediately asked to leave. No refunds will be granted. 

Waiver Forms

Waivers & grip socks are REQUIRED for EVERYONE entering the facility. As a HOST, you are responsible to complete a waiver for your self for and encourage your guest do the same, failure to comply is at your own RISK, Kidzden is not RESPONSIBLE for uncompleted waiver forms. 

Socks Only

Everyone is required to wear grip socks in the facility(adults, children and infants) No shoes or bare feet. If you forgot your socks, we have new socks you can purchase for adults, children and infants. If your child loses their socks, you must replace them with another pair immediately. If you do not have a spare pair of grip socks, you can purchase at our front desk. This is REQUIRED!.

Adults Required.

Parental supervision required at ALL times: this is NOT a day care. No drop offs. There must be one legal guardian responsible for monitoring your children at all times while they play in our facility. Parents sitting in the rest lounge should routinely get up to monitor their children as they play in the facility. Two adults per kid, third adult pays $3.99.

Outside Food or Beverage are NOT Permitted.

Only baby formula , milk and water are allowed and all children must be fed in the café area only. No feeding children in the play area. Pre-made meals/food/baby pouches, etc, are NOT allowed to be brought in. This is NOT a peanut or nut free facility.

Common Courtesy.

Children who are coughing or visibly sick should not be brought into our facility. Children visibly deemed to not be feeling well will not be allowed entry. Any child that throws up or has bloody nose in our facility will be asked to immediately leave. No refunds will be granted. We take safety and well-being of children playing here very seriously . Children with casts or recent medical conditions, we no not advise playing at our facility: however, the guardian legally makes that decision on behalf of the child and accepts all responsibility.

• How can I book a party? All parties can be booked on  https://kidzden.us Click on “Birthday Booking”. Select your desired package.
• Do I need to pay a deposit to reserve a party?  Yes, we require a deposit. it is NONE refundable after the party as per our party policies. Final payment will be made on the day of your party.
• What if I need to change my party date or time? We are able to reschedule your party for another date and time, with no additional charge fee, as long as the date and time are available.
• Can I upgrade, add-on, or down grade my party package after booking? We would love to however, once a package is booked, it can’t be changed, how ever we could only a room Upgrade base on availability.
• How much time is allowed for party set-up?  We do NOT offer set up time. We are an ALL-INCLUSIVE party space which means every decoration is included in your booking, if you need additional setup time, you will have to pay $200 per hour on weekdays OR $300 per hour on weekends base on availability. 
• Am I able to customize my party by adding entertainment or something else? Yes, you are welcome to bring in extra entertainment e.g face-painter at no additional cost if you book a private party. However, we do not allow outside decorations unless you book a private party. 
• Am I able to extend a party? YES, base on availability, we have 1 main birthday package party option, If you need more than 2 hours of party time, you need to book twice OR a double party.
• Can I bring a cake or gift bags? Absolutely! It is a party, don’t forget candles! There’s no additional fees
• Can I bring in outside food or drink?  Yes, NOTE: Outside food / Soft drink is allowed for add'l charge of $200 pre-packed (to go boxes) outside food & Non-Pre-Packed (trays) outside food is $250 [PLUS TAX]. 
• Can I use food warmers or open flames for food or decorations? With the exception of birthday candles, we cannot allow open flames in our facility. Food warmers and crock-pots are allowed for private parties only.
• Is alcohol or any type of adult beverage allowed?
  NO, All alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited at KIDZDEN.
• Will my guests need to fill out a waiver? Yes, anyone who joins your party with children under 18 years old will need to fill out a waiver. You can have them fill out ahead of time at   https://kidzden.us/waiver-form
• Any party not following the rules of KIDZDEN. (outlined here on the website, waiver, in the facility, and in your reservation) can be asked to stop the party and leave at any time without a refund.
• CAKE, PIZZA OR ANY FOOD IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE FACILITY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A BIRTHDAY PARTY RESERVED.
